Yeah, my brother, and his wife, and his kids, and my other brother – my younger brother and his girlfriend – fiancé, and his kids, and I guess that’s it . My sister, both my sisters. |

Yes, there was. |

What happened? |
| A |
Well, some guys confronted me, and the next thing you know, a guy swung at me, so I grabbed one guy in a head lock and I ducked down, they were just beating me in the back with the bat. Hit me in the head, I guess like one time probably with the bat, and I think I got punched in the head once, like my forehead, or whatever. That’s all I saw. |

Oh yeah, my ear got bit as I had that guy in the head lock, he bit my ear, almost bit it off. |

Did you require medical attention after this incident at the fairgrounds? |

Yes I did. |

What kind of medical attention did you receive? |

Ten stitches for my ear, I had x-rays done for my back. |

While this assault was taking place with regard to you, do you know whether or not something was going on with other members of your family? |

I didn’t really get to see it, I only saw, I guess my cousin – there was about five guys on him swinging, and the group was moving and I seen my brother after he got hit in the head with the bat. |

I’d saw about four or five. |

Well I seen about five on me and like I said about four or five on my cousin, and I didn’t really see my brothers at all, kinda just split up. |
